SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When will you post my order?
I aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days. However, some made-to-order or adjusted/personalised items (see below) may take a little longer - I aim to dispatch these items within 5-8 working days. If there is going to be a delay for any reason at all, I will let you know as soon as I can. I recommend ordering well in advance if you're buying presents or need items by a certain date, and please order early on the run-up to Christmas!
How will my order be posted?
All orders (UK and international) will be sent by Royal Mail services, and proof of postage receipts and tracking numbers (where applicable) will be obtained.
Do you accept returns?
If your order arrives incorrect or faulty, please use the form above or send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If a return is agreed, the item(s) must be returned to me within a further 14 days. Details of how to return faulty items will be provided when the return is arranged. Returns may not be accepted if more than 14 days have passed since you received the order.
Oops! I've made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
If you have made an error in your order, send me a message as soon as possible, within 24 hours using the form above, or email firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your Order Number and full name - and tell me what the error (and correction) is. If more than 24 hours has passed, your order may have already been dispatched, so please double check your order before purchasing to avoid disappointment. I cannot be responsible for re-posting items, e.g. if an incorrect delivery address has been provided, and you will not be entitled to refunds or replacements for errors like these.
If for some reason you need to cancel your whole order, send me a message as soon as possible, within 24 hours. If you do not notify me within 24 hours, your order may not be cancelled.
PERSONALISATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS
I love an item, but could you change it slightly for me?
Yes, reasonable adjustments can be made to some items in the shop (most easily for The Lobe Wardrobe own makes). For example, if you love a pair of hoop earrings but would prefer them to be on standard earring hooks rather than hoops - it's likely that I could change that for you easily and with no additional charge. However, there may be an additional charge in some cases if the adjustment is more significant or requires extra materials - this will be determined on an individual basis. Just send me a message before you place your order to discuss your requirements and I'll let you know if the change is possible, and (if any) what the additional cost will be.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes. It will depend entirely on each individual custom order request - if you have a burning jewellery desire in mind then please send me a message and let me know what you're looking for. I will always consider all requests but I can't guarantee I will accept the order (this will usually just be due to time or material constraints). There will be additional charges for all custom orders, and payment may be requested upfront - again this will be calculated on an individual basis.
